Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! We ship across Canada from our Lonsdale Quay boutique. Free shipping on orders over $125.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. See our full return policy.

Can I visit the boutique in person?

Absolutely! Find us at Lonsdale Quay Market, #114 - 123 Carrie Cates Court, North Vancouver. We're open Mon-Sun 10am - 6pm.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order is hand-packed with care and includes a personal thank-you note. For special gift wrapping requests, contact us before checkout.

How do I size my child correctly?

Each product page includes detailed size guidance. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the perfect fit through the year.

How long does shipping take?

We typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times across Canada are usually 2–7 business days depending on your location.
